Not sure if that’s going to be an issue (your note indicated that only either keras or tensorflow are needed). I then uninstalled everything and started fresh and left out Tensorflow. During install it stated that Python 3.6 and Tensorflow 3.5 are incompatible. I had an issue with installing Tensorflow in Win7 PC.
